1. Multi-Supplier Origin Dispatch

Kurti Store operates as an authorized multi-supplier marketplace connecting customers directly with certified manufacturing workshops in Jaipur, Surat, and Lucknow. Each supplier fulfills their kurtis from their own verified regional facility.

If your order contains kurtis from multiple suppliers, the items are packaged separately at each workshop and dispatched via individual couriers with dedicated tracking numbers.

2. Shipping Timeline & Courier Aggregation

We integrate with top Indian courier aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Blue Dart) to calculate transparent, serviceable shipping rates:

• Dispatch Time: Products are packaged and quality-checked within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Metro Cities: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: Delivered within 4 to 6 business days.
• Remote / North-East Locations: Delivered within 6 to 8 business days.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Offers

Shipping fees are calculated by weight and postal distance according to the store settings:

• Standard courier rates start at ₹60 to ₹90 per 500g slab.
• Orders exceeding ₹1,499 qualify for Free Standard Surface Shipping across India.

4. Order Tracking & WhatsApp Notifications

Upon parcel dispatch, customers receive an automated WhatsApp and SMS notification containing the carrier name and Air Waybill (AWB) code. You can monitor progress on our live tracker at /track/[order_no].
