1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Size Exchanges

We want you to love your kurti. If the size does not fit or if the garment arrives damaged, you may request a replacement or return within 7 days of verified delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

• The kurti must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact.
• Must be in original packaging.
• An unboxing video is recommended for reporting transit damages or missing accessories.

3. Refund Processing

Once the returned kurti is inspected and verified by the originating supplier, refunds are initiated within 48 business hours directly to the original payment source (UPI/Card/Netbanking) via Razorpay.
